Your charter will generally include a skilled crew, all safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Certain services, like a sunset sail, come with premium snacks and beverages, while business charters offer conference amenities and specialized catering.

To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations at least 2–3 weeks ahead of your desired date. For peak season booking (between May and September) and special events like corporate functions or private parties, we advise booking 4–6 weeks out to enable the customization process.

The safety of everyone on board is our utmost concern. In case of weather conditions considered unsafe by our captain, we will either reschedule your booking to another suitable date or issue a complete refund. We stay informed on weather updates and will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure should any concerns arise.

Indeed, you're allowed to bring your own refreshments and snacks. Nonetheless, we also provide top-notch catering services, tailoring menus to your taste preferences. Kindly note, for safety measures, glass containers cannot be brought on board.

We will then indicate the most appropriate yacht and make the required arrangements to ensure a comfortable experience.

If a booking is cancelled with more than 72 hours' notice, a full refund is processed. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable except in circumstances involving unsuitable weather or mechanical faults from our end.
