Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Entire refund less any transaction fees
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: £50 for credit card transactions
Conditions: Request must be made via written communication through email or over the phone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half the total cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: £25 subtracted from the refund amount
Conditions: Legitimate reason needed; administrative expenses incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Refunds are not available
Exception: Instances of emergency may be taken into account
Alternative: Credit for future charters might be granted at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Emergent situations require proof for claims
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our primary concern. Should the weather be considered unsafe for charter operations by our licensed captain, we offer adaptable alternatives:
- Full Refund: Offered if rescheduling is not viable
- Reschedule: Shift your charter to another acceptable date at no extra cost
- Charter Credit: A voucher valid for 12 months from the original booking date
Weather Assessment Process
We perform a comprehensive weather evaluation including:
- Analyzing wind velocity and trajectory
- Assessing wave stature and ocean conditions
- Forecasting visibility and precipitation
- Heeding Coast Guard advisories and alerts
- Professional captain's assessment for safety
Decision Timeline: Decisions for weather cancellations are promulgated at least 4 hours prior to the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected medical situations may happen. The ensuing scenarios may qualify for exceptional consideration:
- Sudden medical conditions or injuries necessitating hospital admission
- A death in the close family
- Impromptu military duties or call-backs
- Jury service or a legal summons
- Nature-related calamities obstructing travel
Documentation Requirements
For the processing of emergency refund claims, the following evidence is needed:
- A medical statement or hospital records
- Certificate of death (if applicable)
- Orders from the military
- Legal summons or jury duty notification
- Emergency bulletins or travel warnings
Processing: Taking into account the correct paperwork, emergency refunds are managed within 3-5 business days.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
If the designated vessel for your voyage runs into unresolvable mechanical difficulties:
- Alternative Vessel: We will make an effort to offer a similar substitute
- Full Refund: If a suitable replacement is not found
- Partial Refund: If the different vessel comes with dissimilar pricing
- Compensation: You may be provided additional compensation for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
On the occasional instance where the certified crew is not available:
- A substitute crew will be arranged when feasible
- A complete refund if the charter is unachievable
- Rescheduling at no extra cost

Payment Method
Refunds are returned through the same payment mode initially used:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

£50 cost for cancellations with over 72 hours' notice
Bank Transfer Processing
£25 cost applied to all bank transfer refunds
International Processing
Supplementary charges may be applicable for international transactions
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
In certain cases, charter credits are presented as an alternative to repayment:
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before)
- Cancellations linked to weather conditions
- Voluntary requests to change the booking
- Interruptions due to operational challenges
Credit Terms
- Validity: 12 months from the issue date
- Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to another individual
- Value: Equates to the entire amount paid for the charter (excluding handling fees)
- Usage: Applicable to any future available charter
- Expiration: No elongation past a 12-month period
Partial Service Refunds
Service Interruptions
Should your charter be discontinued or abridged due to factors under our control:
- Refund proportionate to the unutilized duration
- Credit equivalent to a subsequent charter of the same value
- Giveaways or optional enhancements
Guest-Related Interruptions
In the event that a charter is prematurely ended due to guest behavior or breaches of safety rules:
- No repayment for the time not used
- Complete charge still applicable
- Possible additional fees
Dispute Resolution
Should you dispute a refund decision, you may:
- Appeal for a reconsideration by our administrative team
- Furnish supplementary proof or documents
- Seek a resolution via consumer protection bodies
- Exercise legal actions as permissible by law

Step 3: Review and Processing
Our customer service will acknowledge your request within a day, examine it against the outlined policy, declare a determination within 48 hours, and process recognized refunds within the promised timescales.
Important Notes
- Refund claims must be articulated in written form
- The reimbursement will be given in £ regardless of the original payment form
- Purchasing travel insurance is recommended
- This policy is subject to alterations after a notice period of 30 days
- Refunds are bound by relevant taxes and regulations
